Liverpool boss shrugs off early struggles
Jürgen Klopp has defended Florian Wirtz after the £ record move to Liverpool failed to deliver goals or assists in seven games. He called Wirtz a ‘once-in-a-century talent’ and urged calm as the Reds face Manchester United on 19 October.
Klopp joked that the criticism is so overblown it could power Anfield’s floodlights for weeks.
