Wins for Germany, Netherlands, and Northern Ireland
Four Liverpool men starred in Monday’s World Cup qualifiers. Germany crushed Slovakia 6-0 with two brilliant Florian Wirtz assists, while Cody Gakpo’s penalty helped the Netherlands beat Lithuania 4-0. Conor Bradley captained Northern Ireland to a 1-0 win over Luxembourg.
It was such a good night, even the Mersey might’ve considered qualifying!
